SuiteFood was born from Emmanuela's passion for improving human nutrition. The journey wasn't easy, marked by various failures in the first three years. Initially, Emmanuela aimed to combine Asian cuisine and mindful eating with a product that was truly sustainable for the planet.

Why coccola?
After pregnancy, Emmanuela faced a metabolic block that prevented her from losing the 10 kg she had gained. Determined to find a solution, she used scientific methods to create Coccola, the world's first nutrient-rich sweetener and beverage enhancer, free of added carbohydrates.
